The Alley Way Stamps March Blog Hop

Hello!

Its time fore a new release over at The Alley Way Stamps!! We have 3 new stamp sets along with a free set with a $40 purchase. For today's blog hop i am featuring the free mini set, Buff.

I started by stamping the cute buffalo on Kraft card stock with brown ink. Then i used a few brown copic markers to color the buffalo. The markers kind of blurred some of the lines of the buffalo, so i used a brown fine tip copic marker to go back and add the lines back in, along with making his eyes and noses darker. Next i fussy cut him out.

I stamped Line Upon Line with brown ink on a Kraft card base. Then i found western looking pattern paper, i cut a strip of it and added it to my card base. I have some wood embellishments that went along with the pattern paper and

Last i cut a small strip of kraft card stock and stamped the sentiment What's Up. Its from the new Yappy set in this release. I added the strip across the bottom wood and gold embellishment!!

  14. Ohhhh he is so cute! Love the western paper you chose and the kraft paper is just perfect for this guy! I think going back and adding the lines really brought him to life. Thanks for sharing!
