Happy Halloween

Hello!

It's time for a new challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More!! The challenge this week is Make Your Mark!! I decided to go with markers and make a Halloween card!

This image has been colored for ever!! I colored this image with Copics as i had printed this out and colored it before i got my Spectrum Noir markers. I cut the image out with a stitched oval die.

Next i used a Simon Says Stamp Halloween die to cut the work from black card stock. I added the oval to an orange card base with foam tape and added the die cut word to the oval. Then i stamped the tiny happy above the Halloween.

I wrapped some black and white twine around the panel and tied it in a bow.Then last just added the panel to a white card base.

Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge #149

Hello!

It's time for a new challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More!! The challenge this week is CAS!! It's also ATSM 3rd Birthday!! WhooHoo!! And we are celebrate with some extra giveaway's, so make sure you play along and make sure your card is CAS! You can click here for a little rundown of what CAS means!

I made a CAS card today featuring a digital image from one of our sponsors! It's called Hello Fairy from A Day for Daisies. I printed it out on some white card stock and then cut the image out with a stitched oval die.

Next i colored her up with Copic markers. I used a Wink of Stella glitter pen to add some sparkle to her wings.

I placed the oval panel on a black card base so i could use it as a guide as i stamped my sentiment. I choose a small sentiment from Simon Says Stamp. It's a clear stamp so i could bend the stamp a little to get the slight curve to the sentiment. When i was happy with the curve and placement of the sentiment i inked it up with versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.

Last i added the oval panel with foam tape and rounded all four corners of my card. Sweet and simple!!

Wishing You Happy Birthday

Hello!

Today i am sharing a card i made for A Day For Daisies Challenge #115. I've been wanting to play along with their challenges for some time now and i finally got around to printing out a few of the ADFD digi stamps. The challenge is to add glitter, i used black glitter ribbon on my card (see photo below to see the sparkle).

I started by using a stitched rectangle die to cut out the image from my card stock. I just love the little girls with the adorable kittens, i colored it with Copic markers.

Next i pulled out a pattern paper pad, it had a nice purple that i embossed with an embossing folder. And of course i ended up doing to wrong, so the dots are pressed into the purple side rather then being raised, but oh well, it still works!! LOL

I adhered the colored image with double sided tape and then did the same with the glitter ribbon. Next i die cut 2 wishing words from white card stock, one i ran through my small sticker machine to make it easier to adhere the two wishing's together.

Then i adhered the wishing to the card and stamped 'you happy birthday' to the right of the wishing. Last i added two tiny black glitter above the wishing to dot my i's.
