Hello!!
It's time for a new challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More!! The challenge this week is to Make Your Mark!! I decided to play with my Copics when i made this card!! I am also entering this into Marker Pop's Anything Goes Challenge #70
The girl was already stamped and colored many, many months ago and i decided that it was time to use her on a card, so i fussy cut her out. For my card i cut a stitched rectangle from white card stock. I pulled out the same My Favorite Things stamp set that has the girl and i used the picnic basket, flowers, grass and ants to stamp a little scene.
I colored the scene with Copics, making sure to match the flowers to the flowers on the girl that i had already colored. I don;t have many Copics so its not hard to find the colors i used!! Then i added the girl to the panel with foam tape.
Next i stamped the sentiment just above the scene and to the right of the girl. Here i decided to stamp two butterflies from the set and i colored them purple.
Last i added the panel to a purple card base. I thought about added sequins or enamel dots or even some glitter but finally decided that nothing else was really needed!
Have a great day!!

Happy Birthday
Hello!!
I'm popping in today with a card i made for the current Marker Pop Challenge #63 - Bright Colors!
I thought this would be the perfect time to use my small Hero Arts Neon ink cubes. I have a bunch of white card stock strips (left overs from my ongoing stamp organization, i have a ton!!) and pulled out a few and i inked up each strip with each of my neon ink cubes, orange, green, pink and blue.
Next i adhered the stripes together on a white card base. For a little added depth to my background i stamped the outline confetti stamp from Winnie & Walter's The Party, in a light grey ink. Then on another piece of white card stock i stamped several balloons from the same set and then colored them with a few copic markers. Since i planned on cutting out the balloons i didn;t worry about staying in the lines, after cutting them all out i inked the edges with a black marker.
Then it was just about arranging the balloons over the neon strips. I think the green, red and blue colors really pop against the bright neon! I wasn't sure if it was going to work, but all the colors are really bright and intense, so i think that helps. When i was happy with the arrangement i added the balloons with foam dots.
Rather then stamping the balloon string, i used a black pen to add them. Making sure the all ended at about the same area at the bottom of the card. Then i stamped the present with the big bow, colored the bow and then just cut the bow out. I added it to the card were all the balloon strings meet, so it looks like the bow is hold all the strings together.
I thought the card needed a little sparkle, so i added several tiny dots of glitter glue all around the balloons. Last i stamped the Happy Birthday in black ink.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you will stop by tomorrow as i have special card to share tomorrow!!

Love You More
Hello!!
I'm sharing a Love/Valentine card today! These kind of cards are winding down as i start thinking about Easter and spring!! I am entering this card into 3 challenges. Penny Black Simplicity Challenge (my inspiration came from Christine's card here), Penny Black and More Challenge - Anything Goes, and Marker Pop's Valentine Challenge (i used Copic markers to color Mimi).
I started by stamping the super adorable Mimi image from Penny Black's Mimi's Love stamp set on white card stock. I colored her with Copic Markers. For the most part i fussy cut her out of the card stock, all but a strip that she is standing on. I trimmed it so its only a small strip.
Here i used Christine's card (link above) as a sketch to design the rest of my card. I found some pretty mint strip pattern paper, trimming it a bit smaller then an A2 white card base. From the same paper pad i used a black chalkboard sheet and added a strip of it to the left of my card base. I added the stripe paper to my cardbase after rounding the top right corner.
I made sure that the strip paper was the same width as the little strip that Mimi is standing on. I added it to the stripe panel with foam dots. Christine had a few enamel dots on her card along the bottom, but i decided to spread my enamel dots out a little. I used a couple different shades of mind and adhered them to my card.
Last i had to add a sentiment. I cut a strip of white card stock and stamped the sentiment Love You More from Penny Black's So Very Much stamp set. I notched the right end, then trimmed off a little off the left side so i could staple the banner to my card. I trimmed off any over hang.
I really love how this turned out with the pink, mint and black! Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Party!
Hello!!
How is everyone today?? I'm doing great, i made 6 cards Sunday! Yep i was in the groove!! I'm sharing one today! This card didn;t turn out quite like a planned but i still really like it!! Since i did a bunch of coloring i am entering this into Marker Pop's Anything Goes Challenge #60! I'm going to have to place an order at Marker Pop soon, i need more Copic colors!!! I'm thinking yellow and orange, or maybe pink and purple.... its so hard to choose!!
Anyway, so my plan for my card was a one layer card but it didn't turn out that way! lol! I started with a white card base and used The Alley Way Stamps Bubbly and Cake Day to create my background.
I used Memento ink since next i colored it with Copic markers. I think i used every marker i have except my skin and brown colors! (i don;t have very many markers!).
So i was about 95% done with my coloring when i messed up a balloon. To cover up my mistake i stamped 3 balloons from Cake Day, cut them out and added some black twine to the backs of them. I added the balloons to my card with foam tape and added a little grey Copic for shading. I tied a bow around the twine tails and then adhered it to my card.
Thanks so much for stopping by!! I'll be sharing more cards this week! Along with a giveaway here on my blog later this week, oh and before i forget The Alley Way Stamps still has a sale going over at their shop in celebration for their 3rd Birthday!!
Take care!

Pile of Fun
Hi there!!!
I'm popping in with a fall card today! I had to get this card up because fall is on the way out (rumors are going around about snow on Halloween!!!) I have another fall card to share soon too! So i have to get cracking before its no longer fall!!
I am entering this card in Marker Pop's Anything Goes Challenge.
I stamped the cute image in brown versafine ink. I colored the image with distress markers and a little bit of water. Of course i used water color paper or the ink wouldn;t spread. Next i stamped the sentiment in the upper right corner.
I used a stitched rectangle die to cut the stamped panel. I found some brown and polka dot pattern paper that i thought was fall like, i added the paper to a card base. The panel then went on top with foam tape.
Last i added a few enamel dots in two of the corners, i thought about added a little sparkle to the leaves, but figured more was less.
Thanks for stopping by!!
