Hello,
It's time for a new challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge!! The challenge this week is Holiday!! Pretty easy, right?!?!
I started with some new Christmas pattern paper and used a Simon Says Stamp frame die. it cuts a rounded rectangle and a skinny scalloped border. I once from a flower pattern and another from some red pattern, both in the same paper pad.
Originally i was going to add an image to this, but placing the image on the pattern paper i thought it didn;t really go with elegant paper. So instead i cut a strip of vellum, then stamped and embossed the Merry Christmas in black.
I wrapped the vellum around the rectangle. Then to make adhering both the rectangle and frame a lot easier, i ran both through a sticker maker. The card needed a little something more, so i fussy cut two white flowers from the paper pad and added gold rhinestone to the center of each. Then i just added them to my card!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!! I hope to see you play along with us at Addicted to Stamps and More!!
