Oh Shoot

Hey there!!

So the other day i was itching to do a card and i had my ipad with me at the craft table and i happened to check my blog roll and saw the new challenge at Avery Elle: Ombre/Gradient! I have also been meaning to play with their stamps, so i figured it was perfect timing!

Dana Warren - Kraft Paper Stamps

I first stamped the flowers and then stamping them a second and a third time. I used two different pinks and the lighter pink i could only stamped them a second time as the third was so light you couldn;t really see it. Next i cut all the flowers out.

I used a white card base (the card base has a few white paint spots) and stamped the Oh Shoot sentiment and arrow in grey ink. I colored in the arrow with a light grey copic marker. Then i arranged the flowers on the card base, pretty much grouping them then going from dark to light.

When i found the right grouping, i marked each flower with a pencil and then stamped the leaves. Placed the flowers back on my card base with foam dots. Last i added a few matching sequins.

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Don't forget The Alley Way Stamps April release is just right around the corner, sneaks start this weekend!
