I'm popping in to share a card i made this weekend. I made it for the Altenew December Challenge, which is this photo inspiration:
Next i pulled out Painted Butterflies and inked up one of the butterflies on a light yellow card stock. I used a dark brown for the outline and a light brown for the inside, then i cut it out.
I cut a strip of dark brown card stock and embossed the sentiment in white. I laid this over the stripes panel, then added a brown and gold medallion and the butterfly. I thought it still needed a little bit more gold so i added a strip of gold washi tape under the brown strip before adhering everything to my panel. Last i added the panel to a white card base.
Thanks for stopping by!! I'll be back tomorrow with a sneak peek of The Alley Way Stamps January Release.
