It's time for a new challenge over on the Art Impressions Blog!! The challenge is called Lovely Ladies, celebrating the women in your life!! Ai is also launching some new Girlfriends stamps and the DT are featuring these new stamps, so make sure you stop by the blog and check out all the fabulous projects!!
I started by die cutting a panel from water color paper. I stamped the ladies on the panel leaving some space on the left side. Next i colored the ladies with distress markers, adding color were i wanted the color the darkest and used water and a paint brush to spread the color out.
Then i used a wavy die to trim off the excess panel that wasn;t stamped. I found a pink card base that matched my coloring and i added the panel with foam tape to it.
Then i stamped the sentiment 'Shopping is my Cardio', it fit perfectly in the wave. Last i found some enamel dots that matched and added them to my card!
