Hey there!!
Today i have the first of 3 cards for PTI 7th Anniversary Challenges. I'm doing up these posts last night, as the next few days will be busy for me as i have a test and several assignments to complete (when it rains it pours!!!!) So suffice to say i'm going to be short and sweet with these posts!!
First here are the colors i used and the sketch:
First i die cut a basic circle and used the negative as a stencil. I used Aqua Mist and my ink applicator to ink in the negative circle. Then i die cut and stamped the flowers and leaves.
I stamped the sentiment on the circle with Aqua Mist ink. Then attached the flowers and leaves! Nice and easy!!
Thanks for stopping by!!

Hello
Hey there!!
I have another card today! This card is for WPlu9 Designs Birthday Celebration - Step It Up Challenge. The challenge is have some dimension, any kind of dimension.
For my dimension i used a damask stencil and Ferro for the first time. The stencil is about 6 x 6 and i used watercolor paper as its very thick, figured it would stand up to the Ferro!
Well after it dried i went to trim it and found out that when dry the Ferro is brittle and breaks off easily when cut with a trimmer! So next time i will start with a panel in the correct size. I used scissors to cut it down and it wasn;t too bad, but i'm not sure its really straight! lol!
I already had the Fresh Cut Florals stamped (boy are they a lot of work!!!!) I added a strip of vellum across my card base and adhered the flowers. Then i stamped the sentiment on the vellum and added sequins!
Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Love You To Pieces
Hiya!!
Today i'm sharing a card i made for a brand spanking new challenge: Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers! My friend Jessi is on the design team and makes the best snarky cards ever!! The first challenge is A is for Anti-Valentines!
So i made a card that i think would qualify at least for a non traditional valentine's! It all started with the Love You To Pieces from The Alley Way Stamps In Stitches stamp set. It got me thinking about about pieces of cupcakes or chocolate, so i went searching through my TAWS stamps for a cupcake!!
First i stamped and masked it on some watercolor paper and cut it out. I used a small (3/4 i think) circle punch to take the "bites" out of the cupcake. I like how it looked so then i colored the cupcake with distress markers.
When i was placing the cupcake on my card base and contemplating the layout i thought my card base was to plain. So i found a big die cut heart and used some Fine Linen distress ink to ink around the heart. When i went to take a picture of it later, i realized its really, really light, but by then the sentiment was stamped and the cupcake adhered, so watch-a-gonna do?!?! :D
Thanks so much for stopping by!! I hope you'll take some time and play along over at Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge!

Make the World a Better Place
Hey everyone!!
This morning i have another card for PTI's 7 Anniversary! I used this sketch and these colors for my inspiration!
I started with the garland from Stitched Sentiments, i stamped them in green. Then i added several of the tiny flowers and elements available in the set.
I stamped the solid banner in yellow and added the second part of the sentiment in autumn rose. I stamped the You twice with classic Kraft ink.
I added a few leaves, flowers and dots to the banner and sentiment. Last I added twine at the top and tied it in a bow!
Thanks for stopping by!!

Together Forever
Hey there!!
Today i have a The Alley Way Stamps card to share with you!! I used some yummy My Minds Eye pattern paper!! I am entering this into Simon Says Stamps Wednesday's Challenge - Have a Heart.
I started by stamping and coloring 2 little robots! Aren't they cute!?!?! I colored them with distress markers to match the MME pattern paper. I also die cut a heart from the pad. The pattern paper chose is so gorgeous, they both (the chevron and solid) looks like they have been spraying with ink!
I wrapped some white twill around the pattern paper panel and adhered it to my card base. Then i added the heart and robots with foam tape. To finish it off i added some white and black enamel dots.
Have a great day!!!

With Gratitude
Hey there!
I have another card for Papertrey Ink's 7th Anniversary!! Here is the sketch and color combo that i followed for my card:
I started by stamping the leaves across my panel with Pure Poppy, Scarlet Jewel, and Dark Chocolate. Next i used the dot leaves to stamp around them in Fine Linen, Classic Craft and Dark Chocolate. I stamped the sentiment twice in Dark Chocolate to make sure you can see it against the busy background.
Next i added tiny dots of liquid pearl. Then i used cream twine and my Dark Chocolate ink to color the twine brown. When all was dry i added the twine to each corner of the panel. I matted the panel on brown card stock and added it to my card base!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!!
