Lots happening today!! First i am sharing a project for The Alley Way Stamps Be Inspired Challenge! You have until this coming Thursday to play, click here for the details!!! AND second its The Alley Way Stamps 3rd Birthday and boy we have been celebrating!!! Giveaway Alert!!! Details below!!
I love how the balloons in the picture are dipped in gold, to make my own gold balloons, i first inked up a solid stamp from Spell Check with versamark ink. I then sprinkled on gold embossing powder only on the bottom half. After placing the extra back in the bottle, i sprinkled another color on the top half. Then i heat embossed it. To get a nice flat coverage, i did this twice for each balloon.
To finish the balloons, i added black twine and tied a bow around each balloons tails. Last i stamped the sentiment thanks at the bottom right!
