Hello!!
I hope everyone is doing good!! I was off from work (I work in a local hospital lab) for a couple days and I took these days and the weekend to clean my desk and start putting my stamps in a database. My mojo has been in a slump lately and this really helped me get it back! Sunday creating was so much fun!
Graciellie Designs has a new stamp set called Hang In There, a great one for the times we are living in! With my mojo back I actually made two cards, today I'm sharing one, so stay tuned later this week for the other.
I started this card with the wood and flower image and added the hang in there sentiment. I printed it from Word and then used my Spectrum Noir Colored Pencils to color it. Then I fussy cut the image out.
Next, I pulled out Crafter's Companion Clamshell Horizon die and used it to cut some black card stock. I didn't use my Gemini, rather my manual die cutting machine so the die didn;t cut all the way through, which is what I wanted. More of an impression then a cut.
I trimmed the panel and adhered it to an orange card base. Then I added the colored image with foam tape. From my stash I adhered a few orange rhinestones.
Thanks so much for stopping by!!
Dana
