STAMPlorations also is having a great sale on Coffee/Tea Lovers section!! Yay, for coffee & tea crafty goodness!! Also, make sure you comment along the hop for your chance to win $25 gift certificate to STAMPlorations!! Comment by August 3rd!!
The DT received the awesome Zen Coffee 2 Cover Plate Die!! This die can be used in so many ways, the inspiration on this hop is amazing!!
I started by die cutting the cover plate from black cardstock. Then I placed the black panel over watercolor cardstock, keeping it in place with washi tape. I used a pencil to lightly trace around all the cutouts.
I flipped the panel up so I can color inside the lines. I used my Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers and a little water to color. For the most part, I stayed in the lines, I didn't worry too much about the small little areas.
When it was all dry I erased the pencil lines and then added liquid glue to the back of the die cut and flipped it back over on top of the watercoloring. While that was drying I stamped and white embossed the sentiment Perk Up from the After Coffee stamp set. Last I added a few white sequins!!
Your next stop on the hop is the fabulous Helen Gullett!! Have a great day!!

Art Impressions Challenge #237 - Summer Vibes
Hello!
It's the second week of Art Impressions Challenge #237! The challenge is summer vibes!! I started with the Stayin' Afloat stamp set! I used my Spectrum Noir Markers to color it, then I fussy cut it out. I used AB1, AB2, AB3, AG1, AG3, AG5, AP1, AP3, AP4, DR1, FS2, FS6, FS9, GY1, GY2, GY5, LG4, LG5, MB1, MB3, MB4, OR3, RB1, RB2, RB4, TN2. I also used Copics: E25, E57, E59.
Next, I used a Simon Says Stamp Wave stencil and Nuvo Embellishment Mouse - Aquamarine to add waves to the bottom of a blue card base. While that dried I stamped and white embossed the sentiment I Waded My Whole Life for a Friend Like You.
When the Mouse was dry I added the image and sentiment to the card with foam tape. I decided not to add any embellishment, instead let the waves and image be the focus!
Thanks for stopping by! Make sure you stop by Art Impressions blog to play along with the challenge!!

Art Impressions Fairy Flutter
Hello!!
I'm on the Art Impressions blog today! I have a card featuring the Fairy Flutter stamp set!! I love these Flutter's, so cute and interactive! For the fairy, the wings go up and down when you pull and push the tab.
I started by stamping the images and using my Spectrum Noir markers to color them. I used: AP1, AP3, AP4, BG2, BG4, BG7, CT2, CT4, P1, DP2, DP3, DP4, FS2, FS9, TN2. Then I used the matching dies to cut the images out. I used the instructions on the packaging to assemble the wings and pull tab.
Next, I used some Photo Play Paper, Gypsy Rose and added the purple polka-dot pattern to a white card base. Then I used a stitched rectangle to cut some gold polka dot pattern paper.
I stamped the Poof You're 29 again sentiment at the bottom right corner of the gold polka dots. Then I added the fairy and pull tab. The panel was then added to the card with foam tape. I made a track out of the foam tape so the pull tab doesn't wobble back and forth.
Thanks for stopping by!!

Coffee Loving Card Makers & Fun Stampers Journey
Hello!!
Coffee Loving Card Makers and Fun Stampers Journey has teamed up to give you some great coffee inspiration!! If you came here from amazing Dana Gong, you are in the right place!! You can find the hop list on Fun Stampers Journey or Coffee Loving Card Maker blogs.
Make sure to comment on every post for your chance to win a $25 gift certificate to Fun Stampers Journey.
The DT's are playing with some fabulous coffee goodies!! I had so much fun I made two cards! For the first one, I started with the Coffee Helps stamp set. I used my MISTI and Distress Marker Gathered Twigs to do some watercolor stamping. From the set, I used one of the cups, coffee ring, and coffee beans.
Then I stamped the Cup of Happiness sentiment next to the cup. I scribbled some of the Gathered Twigs on a palette and use water and brush to create some ground for the cup to sit on.
When it was dried, I used a stitched rectangle to cut the panel. Then I added some polka dotted pattern paper to a white card base and added the stamped panel on top. Last I added 3 FSJ Fashion Silver embellishments below the sentiment.
For my second I decided to do a fun shaker card! I started by using a circle die to cut two sheets of orange fun foam, a circle of pattern paper and a circle from acetate. Then I used the Coffee First Die Set to cut out a cup of the center of the fun foam and pattern paper.
I added a solid aqua paper to a white card base. Then I adhered the two layers of fun foam together and then adhered those to the card base. Next, I added some sequins to the cutout cup and covered it with the acetate circle. I let it all dry overnight to make sure all the layers were okay.
Once I was sure that everything would stay in place, I added the pattern paper circle on top. Then I cut the cup top from the white wood pattern paper. From the same pad, I also cut the straw. I added the straw on top of the acetate and then the cup topper. Last I added the Cup of Happiness sentiment, that I know released that I used them on both cards!
Thanks so much for stopping by!! Your next stop is the wonderful Erin Theim!! Don't forget to leave a comment for your chance to win the giveaway!! You have until Friday, July 27th to enter!!

Craft On with Art Impressions
Hello!!
I'm on the Art Impressions blog today!! The Crafty Girls set is fun to color and perfect to send to a fellow crafter!! It goes great with Echo Park Paper Co I'd Rather Be Crafting pattern paper!!
I started by stamping the image on white cardstock, then I used a fancy rectangle to cut the image. Then I used the following Spectrum Noir Markers to color it AB1, AB2, AB3, AG1, AG3, AG5, AP1, AP3, AP4, BG3, BG4, BG7, BO2, BO3, CT1, DR3, DR5, EB5, EB6, FS2, FS9, IG2, IG4, IG6, IG8, GY1, GY2, LY1, TN2. I also used the following Copic markers for the dark skin E25, E27, E59.
Next, I picked out a pattern paper from the I'd Rather Be Crafting pad and added it to a white card base. The paper pad had a solid orange page that I used alpha dies to cut out Craft On.
I added the coloring image and the alphas with foam tape. The rectangle hung over the edge and I trimmed it off.
Thanks so much for stopping by!!!

Nurses
Hello!!
Today I'm on Art Impressions blog with a card featuring the Proud Nurses clear stamp set! Perfect if you know someone who is a nurse! The sentiments are sooo funny!!
I started by stamping the two nurses on white cardstock. Then I used the following Spectrum Noir markers to color it: AB1, AB2, AB3, AG1, AG3, AG5, BO2, BO3, BO4, CT1, CT4, DR1, DR3, FS2, FS9, GY1, GY2, GY5, IG1, IG2, IG4, IG6, IG8, IG10, MG1, MG3. After coloring I fussy cut the image.
Next, I decided to use a watercolor background from my stash. Usually, when I do some watercolor smooshing I want to use all the ink up so I do a few extra panels. I trimmed it down a little and added it to a grey card base.
Then I stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the card. I added the colored image to the card with foam tape.
Thanks for stopping by!!

Crafter's Companion on HSN Wednesday
Hello!!
I'm stopping by with a very cool card I made with NEW Crafter's Companion product coming to HSN this Wednesday!! CC has a few different die sets to make awesome 3D cards!! My card features the Enchanted Garden set.
You get lots of dies and instructions on how to make the card! It's really pretty easy, a few things I will do differently the next time! I'm not going to go into a lot of details but the card has accordion-like sides that you add each layer to.
I used my Spectrum Noir Aqua makers to color the layers. For the backdrop I used distress ink blended together to create the night sky. After making the card, I realized I should have used dark blue or black cardstock for the sides.
Thanks for stopping by!! I'll be back with some more new products available Wednesday on HSN!

Toadally Fabulous
Hello!! Happy Fourth of Jully!!!
I'm on the Art Impressions blog today!! I really love the new Wiggle Wobbles!! They are so cute!! My card today features the Toad Wiggle Wobble!
I started by stamp, coloring and then die cutting the toad and all her pieces. I used the following Spectrum Noir Markers: AG1, AG3, AG5, CT1, CT3, DR5, DR6, LY1. I also used one of the green markers to color the white brads that come with the set.
For the rest of the card, I used Heidi Swapp Time Capsule Embellishment Kit. It had some washi tape strips and I added a few of them to a white card base. The kit also has some small journal cards, I added the circle one to the card with foam tape. Then I stamped the Toadally Fabulous sentiment on a rectangle card and added it on top of the circle card.
The kit has some shaped paper clips and I added one to the journal cards. Last I added the lady toad with a wiggle wobble. With the brads, the toad's legs and arms will dance when you thumb the wobble.
Thanks so much for stopping by!!
