Hello!!
It's the second week of Art Impressions Challenge #224 - Lots of Layers. AI also has released some great new Christmas sets!!! My card features Sleigh Bells!!
I started by stamping the two fun elves in the set and coloring them with my Spectrum Noir Markers. For the girl elf I used blue to better match the pattern paper I used. The colors I used are AB4, BG7, CR7, CR11, CT4, IG1, IG2, RB2, RB4, TB1, TB4. When I was done coloring them, I fussy cut them both out.
With AI's stitched rounded rectangle die, I cut some snowflake paper. I added a red pattern then the snowflake pattern to a card base, rounding its corners. Then I used a banner die and cut some more pattern paper. I stamped the sentiment and add it to my card base.
Then I pulled out the matching die cuts (from Fancy Pants - Wish Season) and added trees, snowflakes and several sentiments. I layered it all together, some was added with foam tape, others directly to the card.
Thanks so much for stopping by!! Make sure to play along for your chance at some great AI goodies!!

Happy Halloween
Hello AI fans!!
Happy Halloween!!! I'm on the Art Impressions blog today and have 3 cards to share! Figured I'd go ahead and show you all the cards I made with the Halloween Magic stamp set!
These cards are pretty straight forward. I used my Spectrum Noir ColourBlend Pencils to color them all. I don't have the colors, but I used almost all it seams like!!
I used some Halloween pattern paper on each one. The box of Halloween supplies went home with me last weekend, so I don't remember what companies I used. They are a little older, though!
Have a great day!!

Happy Anniversary
Hello!!
I'm on the Art Impressions blog today! If you need an anniversary card, the Perfect Duet stamp set is, well perfect!! LOL!! It has some great funny sentiments along with a Happy Anniversary sentiment! Paired with the two images, you can't go wrong!!
My card started by stamping the dancing couple. I colored it with my Spectrum Noir Markers: AP1, AP3, AP4, DP1, DP3, DP4, FS3, FS9, IG1, IG2, IG4, IG6, TB5, TB7,TN2. Then I fussy cut the image out.
Next, I stamped the radio, randomly on a gray card base. I cut a white strip of card stock and adhered it across the card to give my dancers a floor.
I stamped the Happy Anniversary and heat embossed it on black card stock. I trimmed the card stock and notched one end. Last, I added both the sentiment and couple to the card with foam tape.
Thanks for stopping by!!

Happy Halloween
Hello!
Today I'm stopping in with a card I made over the weekend. I have a lot to do, catching up and hoping to work ahead, but before I got started I decided to make a card for fun!
I started with Pretty Pink Posh Halloween Pals, masking and stamping them on card stock. Then I worked on the background, figured I'd save coloring them to last increase I mess up. I kept the masks on that I used when stamping and used some distress ink to color the background. I used Dusty Concord, Walnut Stain, Tea Dye, Picked Raspberry and Black Soot.
Then I stamped the stars in the set and then splattered some black and white paint, oh and some plain water droplets, too! While everything dried, I found some pattern paper and white heat embossed the Happy Halloween sentiment.
Next, I peeled off the mask and used my Spectrum Noir Markers to color the images. I used: BG3, BG4, BG8, BO4, D44, DR6, EB1, EB2, FS6, GB8, IG6, IG9, OR2, OR3, YG1, YG3. Then I trimmed the panel down a little.
I added purple card stock to a card base and then wrapped some twine around the bottom of my colored panel. I added it and the sentiment panel to the card.
Thanks so much for stopping by!!

I made two cards, one a fall themed card and the other my first winter card of the season! My first card features Coffee Talk and the To Go Cup Fri-Die. I started with a fall themed pattern paper pad from Recollections and cut the coffee cup from different patterns. Then just assembled the cup.
Next, I added a wood grain pattern to a white cardbase. For the sentiment I stamped the Coffee with some very old specialized metallic paint like stuff. I made this card while I was at home, and these paints have been on my mom's craft desk for ages!! It was a little soupy, but it still worked! I painted the coffee and stamped it on white cardstock. When it was dry I fussy cut it out.
I splattered a few other colors all over my cardbase and when that was dry I stamped the Because Adulting is Hard sentiment. The coffee cup was added with foam tape and last I added the Coffee sentiment to the cup with foam tape.
For my second card I went with a winter theme, using Fancy Pants Wish Season pattern papers, ephemera pack and puffy stickers. I started with a pink pattern inking the edges with distress ink. I used the coffee cup dies to cut a couple patterns and then assembled the pieces. Then I wrapped some twine around it and tied it in a bow above the mug wrapper.
From the ephemera pack I picked out the Chill sentiment, a snowflake and a flower bunch. I added the cup and cut outs with foam tape. At first I planned on a sentiment, but in the end I liked it with out one and just went with the Chill! Last I added a few puffy stars.
Thanks so much for stopping by!! Your next stop on the hop is the amazing Dana Gong!!! Below is the blog hop links if you get lost!!
