Hey!!
Today i am sharing a card i made for Runway Inspired Challenge. The inspiration is this photo:
I started with a triangle pattern form The Alley Way Stamp set Bitty Borders. I stamped a long strip of it on watercolor paper. Then i used distress markers to color in stripes. I used the red, yellow, blue and black that is in the inspiration photo. I also colored the triangles twice to darken the colors.
Since my strip was so long first adhered in across my card base then trimmed. I stamped the sentiment above this first strip. Then i adhered the remaining strip next to the sentiment, trimmed it and then added the remaining piece above it.
Thanks so much for stopping by!!
Dana

Love this bold, graphic card! Perfect for the challenge!
ReplyDeleteDana, this TOTALLY works for the challenge! Bold, fresh, bright, trendy! Your translation of key details from the dress is eye-catching and striking! I often wonder how much those dresses/outfits run for, because this is one I'd love to have in my wardrobe! Fabulous card!!
