Hello!
I hope everyone had a great New Year!! Today i am sharing a card featuring The Alley Way Stamps new release stamp set, Bubbly! This is such a cute set!!! ANNND this month is TAWS birthday and there is a special coupon code to get 15% of your order this month only!!! ANNNDD (yes, another and, hehehe!) to celebrate TAWS birthday each Design Team member will have a giveaway on their blog this month!! (My giveaway will be later this month!!) So make sure you stop by the TAWS blog to see who's Design Team member to visit!!
Ok, on to the card!! I started with some gold and white polka-dot pattern paper. I stamped the Thank sentiment, then cut out each letter. Next i stamped the U sentiment on white card stock and used some gold Smooches to color in the U.
Next i used some mint ink and pressed the pad into some white card stock. When i had colored enough of the card stock with the ink, i cut it out with a Simon Says Stamp circle die. This die has one big circle along with lots of tiny dots in a couple different sizes. I cut this die twice.
I found a dark grey card base and just placed my sentiment letters on it. Then i sprinkled lots of the die dots, some i had to turn over, moved some around, added some here and there. Then i glued down each dot (this took a bit of time, but i think it was worth it!!). When the dots where all glued down, i adhered the sentiment letters with foam tape.
Have a great day!!
Dana
