I'm stopping by with some great news and a special sneak peek!! There is a fab new stamp company opening later this week, its called Miss Ink Stamps! The Coffee Loving Cardmakers have teamed up with this new stamp company to show case a couple of the new stamps! Check out the CLC post here to learn more info about this awesome new company!!
My card features the Java Joes stamp set. I started by stamping the images and then using my Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend markers to color them up. Then I fuss cut the images.
Next, I die cut a stitched rectangle and used Distress Oxide Inks to color the background. I started with Cracked Pistachio and then added some flicks of water. I decided it needed a bit of ground, so I placed a straight piece of card stock over the panel, using it as a mask and added Wilted violet. Then I added a little more water, it really shows up well with the purple, versus the green.
I added the coffee cafe, pot and chalkboard with foam tape and then stamped the sentiment. I trimmed it to a sentiment strip and added it with foam tape to the card. Last, I added the panel to a white card base.
Thanks so much for stopping by!! Make sure to check out Miss Ink Stamps Instagram for your chance to win this week of the new stamps available later this week!!
