Hello,
I hope everyone is doing great today! It's almost Friday! Yay!! Hehe, anyway i'm stopping by because its the second week of Art Impressions Challenge #165 - Create a Card Set! It's a great challenge, a way to add more cards to your stash!!
I went with a Beach team and used several different Art Impression stamp sets (all set are listed at the end of the post!). Since i was making a set i kept it simple and used a card making die! The die is very old, but it cuts the actual card base and another die cuts a smaller panel that fits on the card base. This really helps if your are making a card set!
On each of the panels i stamped the different beach images and sentiments. To color them i went with Spectrum Noir Pencils, this gave a nice softer look to the images.
Next i wrapped each panel with some twine and tied them in a bow. I adhered the panel to each card base, i used blue (water) and tan (sand) to go along with my beach theme. These cards are perfect for mailing, thin with minimal embellishments!!
Thanks for stopping by!!
Dana
