Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge #151

Hello!

It's time for a new challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More! And its a favorite one!! Anything Goes!! I decided to play with some new to me Avery Elle stamps i got awhile back!!

I'm using the the Avery Elle Super set and i wanted to make a more feminine card, so i found some stripe pattern paper with spring like colors. The same pattern paper pad had some pink polka dot vellum paper in it. I thought it was perfect for my feminine super card, it saved me from having to stamp the dot background in the stamp set.

I added the stripe pattern patter with vellum overlay to a white card base. Next i die cut the cityscape from grey card stock and then stamped the matching stamp in black. I used a versamark pen to add some shading to the cityscape.

Next i die cut the explosions from some other pattern papers from the pad. Then i stamped the explosion outlines and added Boom and Pow to each. I also cut the spotlight from pattern paper, stamped the outline and added the Happy Birthday sentiment. I add the cityscape, explosions and spotlight to my card with foam tape.

    This is such a fun design Dana! Love your city scape and the wood veneer accent! How fun to get to play with new goodies! ;)

    The overlay Vellum make your DP looks amazing Dana great to look and yes feminin too
    lovely die cut too and cute sentiment on your card

    Wow! I really like all of your layers, Dana. This is such a fun and original card. Super. I think that I'm going to go through my stash of patterned paper and vellum and see how I can CASE your card. Thanks for the inspiration!

    Such a fun, fabulous card, Dana...that cityscape is so cool, especially paired with the polka-dot paper! I've fallen behind in commenting...aiming to catch up very soon!
